***Dress code - Anyone who knew Alan would know how much he loved wearing shorts, come rain or shine, in summer or winter! Therefore we would like a non-compulsory dress code to be a bright and summery theme (including shorts) for the funeral / celebration of life to make this sad occasion as bright and colourful as possible in memory of Alan who also loved the sunshine***
